What You’ll Do
- Absorb industry regulations, trends, and market needs to make sure Submer adapts and maintains its key sustainable positioning for our customers and prospects.
- Maintain article library for Submer’s employees to have access to this information.
- Implement and develop Top Customers’ ESG Research Brief.
- Assist in generating content on Sustainability (website, white papers, blogs, collaterals…) to help position Submer in the intersection of efficiency, sustainability, and mission-critical activities in the IT Industry.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the existing ESG Tools (Bill of Materials ESG Calculator) to help calculate potential avoided emissions for our prospects.
- Assist in the collaboration with the ESG industry events and forums (OCP, Green Grid, Liquid Cooling…).
To perform in this job, you’ll likely have:
- Desirable master’s degree, bachelor's degree, or postgraduate in sustainability/environmental science
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in an ESG/Sustainability role (data center or IT-related industry experience is a plus).
- Demonstrates dedication to high-quality design and execution
- Transformation/change leadership/ project management expertise.
- Experience working on projects and planning.
- Passion to find solutions to mitigate climate change.
- Native English is required, and good working knowledge of Spanish is preferred (other languages are a plus).
- Good command of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
