About The Role And The CandidateThe successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growt.This is a great opportunity for the right individual to join a dynamic team to help shape what will certainly be a very cool future!
ResponsabilitiesYou will be involved in:
- Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and target MEP and System Integration companies that align with Submer's target customer profile. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to introduce Submer's immersion cooling solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within MEP and System Integration companies. Understand their specific needs, challenges, and pain points related to data center cooling.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Submer's immersion cooling technology and its benefits. Articulate and demonstrate how Submer's solutions can address the unique requirements of MEP and System Integration companies.
- Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of Submer's products and services.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in data center cooling. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product development teams.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system. Track progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in channel sales, preferably within MEP or System Intgration.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage channel partners at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, demonstrating excellent teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
