You have a great ability to engage other leaders and the team cross-functionally while leading customer sales engagements, all with the aim of increasing the number of projects where Submer can help our customers who embrace our vision.
Responsabilities
- Partners with Submer stakeholders to strategize and lead sales opportunity qualification.
- Pursues highest propensity prospects with no current revenue and fills the funnel with opportunities.
- Maintain and develop strategic relationships, enhancing corporate relationships and business with prioritized clients. Including business reviews and an alignment cadence.
- Focus on moving up the value chain at strategic accounts and developing peer-to-peer relationships across functions.
- Align cross functional resources to provide comprehensive solutions, based on the entire product and services portfolio.
- Ensure alignment of strategy and collaboration between the customer and Submer to build an effective alliance, based around a multi-year plan to increase business and value delivered.
- Understand the immersion cooling industry and market trends, as well as readily assimilate technical knowledge and translate into business opportunities.
- Experience creating Strategic Account Plans and/or use of 'Gold Sheets' as part of standard work procedure.
- Act as the customer voice within Submer to influence strategy and product portfolio.
- 8 – 12 years relevant experience in tech/telecom sales specifically selling to the Hyperscaler market.
- Consistent and proven track record of exceeding quota while maintaining customer loyalty and profitability.
- Data Center industry experience, large client network with key stakeholders at any of the following: Microsoft, Meta, AWS, Google, Apple, and Oracle
- Knowledge of data center design, engineering, and operations of common infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, influence, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience selling large projects within Fortune 100 accounts
- Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure
- Capability to express technical and non-technical concepts and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship with demonstrated experience in global matrix organizations.
- Ability to articulate a strong value proposition at both the executive level and at the engineering level.

- BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering fields
- Understanding of Data Center Cooling
- Services Experience
