And we built a digital healthcare system that enables 30m people in a country to get world-class healthcare despite a shortage of doctors.

We’ve grown our revenues by over 500% in the last 12 months while winning prestigious scientific and industry awards for our cutting-edge technology. We’re underpinned by over 300 engineers and scientists working across Africa, Europe, the UK and the US.

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager for Q1 (January - End March 2026), to partner with Sales, Delivery, and R&D to plan, draft, and ship content that supports active cycles across priority industries. You’ll work from broad briefs, find the story, interview subject-matter experts, and publish polished assets with minimal oversight. This is a builder role: you’ll bring structure, move fast, and own outcomes.

You’ll be reporting into the Director of Product Marketing, who leads the Marketing team.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and edit sales-cycle content: blogs, eBooks/briefs, one-pagers, solution briefs, and client success stories.

  • Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to build and refine core sales assets where needed (company/industry pitch decks, slides for offers); keep messaging tight and plain-spoken.

  • Translate complex industry + technology concepts into clear language for buyers and our sales teams.

  • Interview Delivery, Sales, and R&D leaders to surface impact stories and proof points; turn them into on-brand assets.

  • Create a simple Q1 content plan (topics, owners, due dates) aligned to active opportunities, targets, and brand objectives.

  • Partner with Design (or self-serve templates) to package assets; publish to sales DAM and to the website.

  • Measure and learn: basic performance tracking and feedback loops with Sales to ensure assets get used.

  • Maintain voice and accuracy; ensure everything is ready-to-ship and free of jargon.

Requirements - Essential

  • 4+ years in B2B content marketing with a portfolio spanning long-form (eBooks/briefs) and short-form (blogs, one-pagers).

  • Familiarity with sales-cycle content (e.g., solution briefs, ROI one-pagers, case studies).

  • Proven ability to explain technical/AI/data topics in plain language for executive and operator personas.

  • Comfortable working at pace with minimal supervision; proactive in gathering inputs and unblocking yourself.

  • Strong interviewing, narrative development, and editing skills.

  • Experience collaborating with Sales/Delivery/R&D; stakeholder management and version control.

  • Proficiency with common tools (Docs/Slides); slide-crafting skills for decks.

  • Proficiency with using AI to work at pace (e.g. Jasper, ChatGPT, Gemini).

  • Availability Jan–Mar; based in Africa time zones (Kenya or South Africa a plus).

Requirements - Preferable

  • Experience marketing to governments, water utilities, telecoms, or energy companies.

  • Exposure to enterprise AI/data solutions.

  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content measurement.

  • Design literacy (can brief designers or finesse templates).

Personal Attributes

  • Client Centricity & Integrity: We let Our Clients Run the Company, Surf Like Yvon to stay true to our values, and Play the Long Game with integrity.
  • Collaboration and Inclusion: We live by Each One, Teach Ten and ensure Everybody is Welcome.
  • Operational Excellence and Simplicity: We K.I.S.S. by keeping things simple while always striving to Raise the Bar.
  • Action, Ownership, and Execution: We Decide, Get Stuff Done, and Do Hard Things with accountability.
  • Growth, Innovation, and Resilience: We Choose Growth, Pioneer boldly, and remember There is No Failure.

Engagement details

  • Contract: 3 months (January–March).

  • Hours: Full-time contract

  • Reporting line: Reports to the Director of Product Marketing

  • Work setup: Remote within Africa, team and colleagues based in Africa, UK, US, and Philippines.

Due to the considerable amount of virtual work and interaction with colleagues and customers in different physical locations internationally, it is essential that the successful applicant has the drive and ethic to succeed in working in small teams physically but in larger efforts virtually. Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing is essential.
