This is your chance to join a fast-moving social impact startup as a founding team member and help unlock millions in charitable donations. We’re a small team focused on empowering the often-overlooked workers driving civil society, and we’re looking for a CTO to help us scale our impact.

About the company

B2C platform (currently in stealth mode) on a mission to radically change how private donors give to non-profit-organizations. We’ll improve the donation experience while advancing the communication between donors and recipients.

We have secured initial funding, done thorough market research and are ready to sow the seeds to grasp the “€250B in increased donations opportunity” ahead of us.

100% of Swedes consume - only 50% donate regularly to charity. We’re on a mission to reach a 100% globally with a vision of a society where generosity is as natural as consumption.

Role & responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web & app product development (Next.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Tailwind)
• Integrate and manage payment APIs (Swish, Stripe Connect, Open Banking)
• Rapid deployment, A/B testing and optimize for stakeholder value
• Collaborate closely on feature roadmaps and strategic milestones
• Build and manage a high-performing tech team

Who you are

• Autonomous full-stack developer (4+ years experience)
• A generalist problem solver, passionate about building user-centric products and making a tangible impact
• You thrive in a rapid-deployment setting—comfortable pushing frequent code releases and iterating fast
• Live in Stockholm, Sweden
