Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL) is a global health organization that partners locally and globally to create and scale solutions to the world’s deadliest health threats. Millions of people die from preventable health threats. We collaborate to close the gap between proven, life-saving solutions and the people who need them. Since 2017, we’ve worked with governments and other partners in more than 60 countries to save millions of lives. We work toward a future where people live longer, healthier lives, communities flourish, and economies thrive. This is an ambitious vision, and it inspires us and our partners to make progress every day.

The Digital Team at RTSL is implementing or helping to implement cutting-edge digital tools such as the Simple app, DHIS2 and Africa Covid Dashboard. We work with national and regional health organizations to accelerate progress and advance the use of digital technologies to save lives through our approach of simplicity, speed, and scale.

Position Summary

The Hypertension Team at RTSL works with 38 countries with the goal of improving National Hypertension Control programs. Good information systems are a cornerstone of the HEARTS package advocated by RTSL for improving hypertension control programs. To enable the institution of good information systems, RTSL has a strong design, product, and engineering team that builds products enabling better hypertension control.

The Lead, Digital Health Partnerships and Implementation plays a critical role in advancing RTSL’s cardiovascular health (CVH) initiatives by improving hypertension care delivery through the integration and optimization of digital tools. This role is part of a team that leads the sustainable implementation of digital health interventions in countries with active RTSL hypertension programs. The individual will build and manage strategic partnerships with governments, program stakeholders, and technology partners in their assigned countries to ensure effective implementation and scalable solutions. This role also contributes to RTSL’s broader digital health strategy, aligning innovation with organizational priorities and country-specific needs.

The successful candidate will build trusted senior-level relationships with governments and stakeholders in their assigned countries and will independently lead country-level implementation efforts. Success in this role will be reflected in successful adoption of digital solutions for hypertension control, well-aligned partnerships and country-based feedback that strengthen RTSL’s digital health strategy.
