What we are looking for
Are you highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership across many different parts of a business? Do you enjoy building structure, improving how things work, and making sure the practical and administrative side of a company runs smoothly?
If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to help build the operational backbone of Renasens as we scale our technology and team.
Your mission at Renasens
Reporting directly to the COO, you will own the systems, processes, suppliers, and day-to-day operations that keep Renasens running effectively.This is a broad, hands-on role. You will move between financial administration, internal processes, logistics, suppliers, compliance, and practical support for the team. Your job is to remove friction and make sure important operational details are handled well.
Operations management: Strengthen internal processes, coordinate key operating rhythms and meetings, and continuously improve how the team works together
Internal systems: Build and maintain simple, scalable systems, processes, documentation and routines
Suppliers & logistics: Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, and incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments
Compliance & administration: Oversee internal policies, insurance, contracts, compliance requirements, and grant reporting
Site operations: Make sure our Borås site runs smoothly and that the team has the equipment, services, and practical support they need
Team support: Help with onboarding, travel, equipment, and other operational needs across the organisation
Problem solving: Identify operational gaps early and take ownership of solving them before they become bottlenecks
What you bring
2-3 years of experience in business operations, finance administration, office management, logistics, consulting, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience working with invoices, payments, suppliers, contracts, or financial administration
Confidence managing several priorities at the same time
Strong written and spoken English and Swedish
Comfortable working with modern business tools and learning new systems quickly
BSc or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

How we work at Renasens
Onsite & hands-on: Our pilot plant is in Borås, and this role is based where the work happens. You will be close to the team and involved in the practical day-to-day of building the company.
Small team, high ownership: We are around 10 people. You will work directly with the COO and across the organisation. No layers, no committees.
Pace matters: We move fast, priorities evolve, and we value people who can bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
