About us At Renasens, we’re a small team building something ambitious: a textile recycling technology that will change the world. We have developed a waterless process using minimal energy and chemicals with a neutral impact on fiber quality. This allows us to recycle the most challenging textile waste: blended post-consumer polycotton in any colour, with any additives, composition, or quality, utilizing what is currently the most common yet unwanted fraction of textile waste. We are now building a first-of-its kind facility in Borås, Sweden and looking for brilliant people to join our journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, development, and optimization of of our process
• Conduct laboratory experiments and analyze data to support process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on project planning and execution.
• Learn and apply fundamental chemical engineering principles to real-world industrial challenges.

Qualifications

• The candidate is currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• The candidate has basic laboratory skills and knowledge of chemical process simulations.
• The candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate is available for a full-time or part-time internship for a duration of 3-6 months. The candidate must be able to work from Borås.
