Your impact

As Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of our next growth phase. You’ll lead strategic and new sales initiatives with global companies that want to move beyond compliance and actively strengthen social sustainability across their value chains.

This is a hands-on, strategic sales role where you will open doors, shape partnerships, and co-create solutions with senior decision-makers. You’ll help clients identify supply chain risks, implement impactful learning strategies, and embed responsible practices for suppliers, workers, and internal teams.

Beyond winning new business, you’ll help build scalable commercial processes, nurture long-term partnerships, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Learning & Impact and Client Experience in a true scale-up setting.

This is not a “maintenance” sales role, it’s an opportunity to build, influence, and scale.

What you’ll be doing

Strategic & New Business Development – Global Brands (60%)

  • Identify, engage, and win new premium enterprise clients operating in complex global supply chains

  • Drive new logo acquisition with a strong focus on responsible sourcing, human rights, and social governance

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract signing

  • Develop creative, insight-driven outreach strategies and represent Quizrr at key industry events

  • Craft compelling pitches that connect regulatory requirements, business value, and real-world impact.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion (20%)

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that extend our reach and impact

  • Explore new markets, sectors, and collaboration models aligned with scale-up growth

  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, joint initiatives, and go-to-market collaborations

Key Account Growth – Existing Clients (20%)

  • Grow and deepen relationships with selected key accounts.

  • Act as a trusted advisor on responsible supply chains and workforce engagement

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with client goals and impact ambitions

What you bring

  • A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consultative B2B / enterprise sales, ideally in a scale-up or growth environment

  • Proven success driving new business and strategic sales, not just account maintenance

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills—both digital and in-person

  • Knowledge of human rights, workers’ rights, supply chains, ESG; GRC, CSDD etc or a strong motivation and ability to learn fast

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics 365
