The role
As Business Controller, you will be a key financial partner to the entire team across Quizrr, located both in Stockholm and globally. This is not a passive reporting role, we are looking for a brave, business-oriented controller who challenges assumptions, sharpens decisions, and helps steer the company through complexity and growth. You will play a central role in driving financial performance, improving forecasting accuracy, and translating data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy.
What you’ll do
Own and drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
Analyze SaaS and enterprise sales metrics (ARR, pipeline, revenue recognition, churn, margin, cost structure) and translate insights into business actions
Build and maintain financial models for growth scenarios, cost rebalancing and investment decisions
Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis, business cases and sensitivity modelling
Actively challenge and improve assumptions in forecasts and plans
Improve financial processes, structure and forecasting accuracy as the company scales
Develop and enhance management reporting, dashboards and data visualisations
Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to leadership and board stakeholders
Partner closely with Sales, Program, Product and platform operations to increase financial clarity and accountability

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A or similar roles
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Experience from SaaS, B2B tech or subscription-based businesses
Proven experience supporting your colleagues with insights, scenarios and decision material
System-lover! Power BI and similar tools
Experience working with FP&A tools
Strong written and verbal English
Nice to have
Exposure to long enterprise sales cycles and project-based revenue
Experience from Sustainability space
Experience with Dynamics 365, SAP and other Enterprise platforms for supplier management
Experience in scale-ups navigating high adaptability phases
