Global Project Manager - Client Experience, Asia

At Quizrr, we provide scalable digital training solutions that drive measurable impact across global supply chains. As we expand our presence in Asia, we’re seeking a Global Project Manager to anchor our operations in Shanghai. You’ll play a key role in implementing client programs, supporting supplier onboarding, solving operational challenges, and developing early relationships with new prospects in the region.

This is a critical operational role where you’ll be the main interface for key enterprise clients and their value chains globally, ensuring successful adoption and strengthened business case of Quizrr's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Operational Execution

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day execution of client programs across the world, ensuring timely onboarding, rollout, and performance tracking
  • Liaison on strategic elements with Global Client lead to ensure harmonized planning
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation
  • Track project progress and performance, proactively addressing risks and challenges to ensure project deliverables are to exceed expectations and secure qualitative throughout assignments
  • Manage onboarding and client journey phase with supply chain stakeholders, interacting with both brands and their suppliers to ensure smooth deployment and optimize program training uptake
  • Act as technology platform expert to safeguard clients optimized harnessing of value from the adoption of Quizrr to reach desired outcomes
  • Engage with suppliers & sites across the region to drive strategic expansion of Quizrr's value proposition
  • Analyze training results with clients, distilling insights into actionable recommendations for all stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges, working closely with global colleagues to ensure smooth cross-regional delivery
  • Support clients with data delivery and alignment with regulatory initiatives such as HRDD and corporate sustainability frameworks globally

Commercial & Market Engagement

  • Represent Quizrr in conversations with potential new prospects in Asia and the broader region, helping to scope early needs and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to feed market insights back into Quizrr's go-to-market strategy
  • Participate in industry forums, webinars, and client-facing meetings as needed to build brand awareness and credibility in the region
  • Support the localization of client-facing materials and demos where relevant to drive adoption

Client Experience Enhancement

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements, needs, and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement in the client experience journey at scale
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Program to influence product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements based on client feedback and market trends
  • Ensure the successful integration and adoption of new features and solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clients' needs are adhered to

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
  • Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their satisfaction with project outcomes

Team Leadership & communication

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project/program team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and objectives
  • Coordinate project meetings, facilitate discussions, and provide clear action items and follow-up to drive progress

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (required), with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5-8 years of experience in client success, operations, or project management, ideally in CSR, sustainability, or supply chain-related fields
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, hands-on approach
  • Experience interacting with both multinational clients and regional suppliers or factories
  • Tech & Data-savvy: able to analyze performance metrics and translate them into client value
  • Curious mindset and a passion for continuous learning—essential for staying ahead in a fast-evolving space
  • Self-driven and reliable, with the ability to manage complex workflows and multiple time zones
  • Experience with digital platforms, LMS tools, or SaaS products is a plus
