About Quadrivia

Quadrivia is an agentic AI-driven healthcare orchestration platform — a managed AI service

that replaces human contact center operations, care management outreach, and patient

engagement programs with fully autonomous AI agents that reason, act, and document at

clinical standards.

For health systems, this means access center call volume handled at a fraction of current cost,

screening and chronic-condition outreach that runs at full population scale without adding

staff, and post-discharge follow-up that actually happens at 30/60/90 days — for every patient, not just the ones staff have time to reach.

Health systems are drowning in operating costs they didn't choose: access centers fielding

hundreds of thousands of calls a year, care management teams that can't reach every

discharged patient, and screening and chronic-condition outreach that falls off a cliff the

moment staffing gets tight. Quadrivia is the full-stack agentic AI platform built to run those

workflows end to end — not bolt a chatbot onto them.

We're hiring a Director of Health System Sales to build and close a pipeline of hospitals,

integrated delivery networks, and health system-owned medical groups. This is a hands-on,

individual-contributor sales role with room to grow into a larger territory or team as the health

system motion scales — ideal for someone who wants ownership of a market segment without

waiting for someone else to build the playbook.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run a full-cycle pipeline of hospitals, IDNs, and health system-owned medical groups — from first outreach to signed contract

  • Sell into access center, care management, quality, and patient experience leaders, and bring in CFOs and COOs for the financial case

  • Translate operating costs — call center staffing, missed screening outreach, gaps in post-discharge follow-up — into a clear, quantified case for agentic AI

  • Run structured pilot or Proof of Performance engagements with prospective health system clients, define success metrics, manage the internal champion, and convert to a signed statement of work

  • Navigate health system procurement: IT security review, compliance and legal sign-off, and clinical/operational stakeholder buy-in

  • Build and maintain territory strategy across your assigned health system market

  • Keep a clean, current, and honest pipeline for weekly sales review

  • Feed field intelligence from health system accounts back to product and clinical teams

Compensation & Equity

Base Salary: $140K – $160K

On-Target Variable: $100K – $140K

OTE Range: $240K – $300K

  • Straightforward, uncapped commission plan

  • Equity in a fast-growing healthcare AI company

  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision

What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables

  • 10+ years in healthcare sales with a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at hospitals, health systems, or IDNs

  • Direct experience selling to access center, care management, quality, or patient experience leaders

  • Demonstrated ability to run 6–12 month enterprise sales cycles involving IT security, compliance, and clinical stakeholders

  • Quota performance you can point to — consistent attainment or overachievement in a healthcare-facing sales role

  • Comfort building your own pipeline in a market and product still being defined

Highly Valued

  • Experience at a healthcare technology, care management, patient engagement, or clinical process outsourcing company

  • Existing relationships with health system access center, care management, or quality leadership in your target geography

  • Familiarity with call center operations, patient outreach campaigns, or population health workflows inside a delivery system

  • Experience selling a solution that changed clinical or operational workflow, not just added a technology license

Who Thrives Here

  • You want ownership of a market segment, not a seat on a large, established team

  • You generate your own pipeline and close your own deals

  • You take deals personally and don't let them stall quietly in procurement

  • You're energized by building process where none exists yet
