ABOUT THE ROLE
Quadrivia's Gig Sales program is a flexible, 100% commission contractor role built for experienced healthcare sales professionals who want to earn on their own terms. The job is simple: prospect into healthcare organizations, book qualified meetings with the Quadrivia sales team, and get paid when those opportunities advance. No desk, no manager, no quota, and no set hours, just a direct line between your outreach and your income.
You set your own schedule, work the accounts where you have the most knowledge and credibility, and earn a set commission every time you move a qualified deal into our pipeline. Whether you prospect through your own relationships, claim pre-qualified accounts from our approved list, or both the path to earning is uncapped and entirely in your hands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Prospect into healthcare organizations using your existing network and relationships, or by researching and conducting cold outreach.
Book qualified introductory meetings between target accounts and the Quadrivia sales team
Claim and work accounts from our curated approved target account lists
Complete short positioning certifications before initiating outreach
Track outreach activity and be able to view deal progression through the Quadrivia contractor platform
Represent Quadrivia professionally and credibly within your network

3+ years of direct healthcare sales experience selling into health systems, IDNs, payors, or other target ICPs listed above
An active, genuine book of relationships
Experienced opening doors at the executive and clinical leadership level (C-suite, VP, Director, CMO, CNO, COO) without being handed a list
Self-directed and capable of working independently with no management oversight or structured schedule
Motivated by uncapped, performance-based income tied directly to your individual output
Comfortable representing a new product to your network in a credible, professional way
COMPENSATION
This is a 100% commission-based contractor role (1099). You earn a set rate per qualified deal. A deal is considered qualified when it advances to Stage 2 of Quadrivia sales process. There is no base salary, no hourly rate, no benefits, and no minimum hours requirement.
This model is straightforward: the time you invest is entirely up to you. A few hours of focused outreach per week, applied to the right relationships, can produce meaningful earnings.
There is no cap. Whether you treat this as an occasional side project or a consistent income stream, your earnings scale with your success at opening doors.
PATH TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT
This contractor program will serve as a direct line into the Quadrivia executive sales team recruitment.
Quadrivia has aggressive scale goals, to meet these goals, we will be looking to build out a formal enterprise sales and account management team over the next 18 months. High-performing contractors will be the first pool we look to when opening full-time, salaried Account Executive and Enterprise Sales roles. This means your work in the program can serve as a warm intro in our recruitment process.
Contractors who demonstrate consistent pipeline generation, strong account relationships, and professional execution of the Quadrivia sales motion will receive priority consideration for full-time growth positions that become available.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The application and onboarding process is designed to move quickly for qualified candidates:
1 Apply
Submit an initial application. We want to understand your background and where your network is strongest.
2 Screening & fit questionnaire
Qualified applicants complete a structured questionnaire that evaluates experience depth, network relevance, and vertical alignment. This determines your placement and account access level.
3 Sign your Contractor Agreement
Approved contractors receive and sign a formal Contractor Agreement that outlines all program terms in plain language — including commission structure, deal qualification criteria, account ownership rules, and code of conduct expectations. Everything governing your participation is documented before you begin.
4 Onboard via Deel
All commission payouts are processed through Deel, our contractor management and payments platform. You will receive an invitation to set up your Deel account as part of onboarding. Deel handles all payments on a regular schedule — with full visibility into your earnings history, pending payouts, and payment details in one place.
5 Platform access
Accepted contractors gain access to the Quadrivia contractor platform , your hub for uploading accounts, claiming target accounts, tracking deal progression, and monitoring earnings in real time.
6 Positioning certifications
Before beginning outreach, you will complete a short certification covering Quadrivia’s positioning, value proposition, and messaging. Fast to complete and essential for credible outreach.
7 Begin outreach
Cleared to prospect using your own uploaded account list (ICP-qualified by our team) or by claiming accounts from our curated approved target account lists.
8 Book meetings. Get paid.
Once a meeting is booked and the deal advances to Stage 2, your commission is triggered. Track everything in real time through the platform.
YOUR ACCOUNT OPTIONS
As an approved contractor, you have two paths for building your prospecting list. A strong personal network is the fastest route to commissions, but it is not a requirement. Contractors also have full access to a continuously growing pool of pre-qualified target accounts curated by our business development team. Either path works. Most contractors will use both.
Bring your own accounts
Upload a list of organizations you want to target. Our team reviews and qualifies them against Quadrivia ICP criteria. Approved accounts become yours to work if not already converted in our pipeline previously.
Claim from the approved list
Don’t have a deep network, but have proven success in generating pipeline in healthcare? No problem. Our business development team maintains and continuously refreshes a curated list of pre-qualified target accounts across all of our key healthcare target ICPs. As an approved contractor, you can browse this list and claim the accounts that align with your expertise, geography, or outreach strategy. Once claimed, those accounts are yours to work for a designated period of time. This means there is always a path to earning commissions, regardless of how large or specialized your existing network is.
CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT & ONBOARDING
All accepted contractors will sign a formal Contractor Agreement before gaining platform access. This agreement outlines the terms of the engagement in plain language, including commission structure, deal qualification criteria, account ownership rules, exclusivity provisions, and code of conduct expectations. Everything governing your participation in the program is documented and agreed upon before you begin.
Once the agreement is signed, contractors are onboarded through Deel, our contractor management and payments platform. Deel handles all commission payouts, ensuring payments are processed accurately, on schedule, and with full visibility into your earnings history. You will have a Deel account where you can track pending and completed payouts, manage your payment details, and access your contractor records at any time.
This structure is designed to be straightforward for contractors at every level, whether this is your first 1099 engagement or your fifth. Deel is a widely-used global platform heavily used for contractor relationships, so the process of getting set up and receiving payments is fast, transparent, and professionally managed.
How payments work:
Commission is triggered when a deal you generated advances to Stage 2 of the Quadrivia sales process. Our Sales executive conducts a final qualification process in Stage 1 to confirm that the individual you have booked a meeting with is in position to engage a sales process with Quadrivia. Payouts are processed through Deel on a regular schedule. You will receive a notification when a payout is initiated and can track your full earnings history directly in your Deel account.
