We're growing and looking for more stars to join our team! As part of our e-commerce team at PlasticFri and alongside our e-commerce manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up, managing, and driving our online sales strategy across various platforms. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to accelerate growth in B2B and B2C segments. 🚀
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies for owned B2B and B2C channels, ensuring alignment with PlasticFri’s commercial, brand, and marketing objectives.
- Strategically align product pricing, visibility, and sales ROI across digital sales channels within budget constraints.
- Manage B2B e-commerce channels to optimize customer satisfaction and streamline order processes.
- Plan, develop, execute, and manage the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure seamless functionality and a superior user experience.
- Track and analyze budgeting and KPIs to meet sales targets and drive online business development.
- Develop e-commerce strategy roadmaps to optimize sales performance and enhance channel effectiveness.
- Optimize digital platforms for increased brand visibility, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular sales and marketing analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals and manage projects from planning to implementation.
Ideal candidate:
- Proven track record in implementing and optimizing e-commerce solutions.
- Advanced skills in Google Ads, social media, newsletters, and other digital marketing tools.
- Experience in sourcing and managing reliable 3PL and logistical partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a startup environment.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Passionate about environment and sustainability.
