Position Summary: Oklahoma Christian (OC) University invites applications for a full-time Assistant Chair of the Online BSN Nursing Program beginning July 2026. OC has a robust nursing program that includes two pathways: traditional (on-campus) and online. While faculty members are dedicated to specific instructional pathways, they engage in close collaboration to safeguard the fidelity of the curriculum and with program standards. This in-person position provides vital administrative support to the Program Chair. The Assistant Chair will lead efforts in curriculum design and review while assisting in the daily leadership of faculty and students to ensure student success and mission alignment. The teaching load for this position is 12 credit hours per academic year. Primary Responsibilities:
