 Position: The Clinic Night Supervisor for the Family Therapy Clinic provides live, hands-on supervision and mentorship to our masters-level marriage and family therapy providers and their clients. 
 
Requirements:
Supervisors must have credentials as a licensed marriage and family therapist able to practice in the state of Oklahoma. 
This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and supervision.
Responsibilities:
Supervisors are responsible for intervening in high-risk or crisis situations, and guiding students in accurate case conceptualization.
The supervisor provides timely and constructive feedback, models professional and compassionate clinical practice, and helps to foster the growth and development of future mental health professionals.
