Position: The Clinic Night Supervisor for the Family Therapy Clinic provides live, hands-on supervision and mentorship to our masters-level marriage and family therapy providers and their clients.
Requirements:
  • Supervisors must have credentials as a licensed marriage and family therapist able to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
  • This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervisors are responsible for intervening in high-risk or crisis situations, and guiding students in accurate case conceptualization.
  • The supervisor provides timely and constructive feedback, models professional and compassionate clinical practice, and helps to foster the growth and development of future mental health professionals.
