Job Description

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure the production of high-quality precision components. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: ( _max 5 bullets, mention the most important ones). _

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes,grinders and other related equipment) according to
  production specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawing and CAD/CAM files.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize machine programs and tooling setups to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineers and workshop staff to improve machining processes and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
