Northvolt is seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer to join our Software Engineering Platform team. This is a rare opportunity to build the software that powers the largest battery factories in Europe and play a critical role in transforming society to a carbon-free future.

As a Platform Engineer, you will be part of the team building the next-gen connected factory or Industry 4.0. Our cloud-first strategy, implemented in Northvolt Ett, the first Gigafactory in Europe. You will be responsible for the platform powering detailed product traceability, real-time monitoring of manufacturing line effectiveness, computer vision defect detection, and machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) modeling to predict quality and performance of the produced battery cells.
