HR (People Experience) Business Partner

We are building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory in Gothenburg that will be one of the largest cell production facilities in Europe. We are now looking for HR Business Partners to join our People Experience team!

Volvo Cars is one of the most well-known and respected car brands in the world. Northvolt is a leading supplier of sustainable, high-quality battery cells and systems, dedicated to delivering the world’s greenest lithium-ion battery.

Together, we have formed a joint venture, NOVO Energy, to power the next generation of pure electric Volvo cars.

What you will do

We are now looking for a People Experience Partner to NOVO Energy, to our Production organization. You will play a crucial role in our journey building the Gigafactory and creating future innovative industry. As People Experience Partner you will work closely with leaders to support our business to meet our plans. Our main focus within the People Experience organization, is to attract, motivate and retain the right employees to support this journey. We are now offering a temporary employment of approximately one year.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support and coach managers to attract, develop and retain our people and to build leadership capabilities and a great employee experience
  • Be an ambassador in developing the future industry in all organizational aspects incl strategic workforce planning (resources and competencies)
  • Execute HR deliverables in line with the people strategy and business needs
  • Partner with central PX functions (comp & ben, talent management, talent acquisition specialists) to develop, implement and communicate PX initiatives, policies, processes, and procedures. Drive and participate in developing our company culture and employee engagement.
  • Act as an advisor to your stakeholders
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvements
