Key responsibilities :

  • Globally builds the service landscape with service suppliers for all Northvolt products to fulfil the business requirements from our commercial agreements
  • Performs operations analysis on global infrastructure incidents and their impact on the business environment
  • Protects and grows revenue by ensuring superior execution of contractual commitments and exceptional SLA performance
  • Develops and implements service strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with the company's vision in each location
  • Monitors and evaluates the quality and satisfaction of the services delivered using metrics, feedback, and audits
  • Global service operations identify and resolves issues, risks, and conflicts that may arise in the service operations while providing guidance, training, and support to the service staff and managers in each location
  • Is responsible for effective communication between regional service providing teams (internal and external)
  • Promotes a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the service teams
