Job Description

Joining the production planning team as an Order Management Intern offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in the supply chain, ensuring efficient and accurate order processing. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor order processing to ensure timely shipment and delivery
  • Track orders through the system and maintain up-to-date order information
  • Learn how to communicate with internal customers regarding order status and provide updates as necessary and respond to internal customer inquiries regarding order issues, cancellations, or returns
  • Learn how to manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for fulfilling orders and collaborate with the logistics team to manage shipping and delivery schedules
  • Learn how to monitor and report on key performance metrics related to order processing and fulfilment
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless order processing and fulfilment
  • Learn how to analyze customer feedback
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed
  • Learn how to resolve any issues related to order exceptions, such as payment declines or invalid shipping addresses
  • Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager
