Job Description

We are looking for an excellent and passionate Workplace Manager to join our team in Västerås. In joining us you will play an important part in our mission to enable the future of energy. To have a world class Workplace Manager will be a great success factor for the Northvolt team, our customers, and other visitors.

To be successful as an outstanding Workplace Manager we believe that you have at least a few years of experience from the service and administrative area and an ability to provide high-level support to the Northvolt team who are still growing and all of our visitors.

Not only will you work close with wonderful entrepreneurs and a great and team, you will also be a part of Northvolts mission to make oil history.

Key responsibilities:

  • Front desk management & greeting visitors

  • Lead the workplace team, (plan, coach, support, develop, lead and delegate tasks to team).

  • Set up vision, strategy and targets for Workplace team.in Västerås

  • Go-to person for office-needs from the organisation

  • Manage the office and well-fare facilities on site (design, functionality and cleanliness)

  • Assist in the on-boarding process of employees

  • Handle purchases and procurement of Workplace services, including negotiate with suppliers.

  • Support meetings, board/customer/vendors, special events.

  • Manage all Workplace tasks, making sure things run smoothly day to day.

  • Special projects as assigned

  • Plan, organize and manage the workplace calendar

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • Preferably Swedish gymnasium or equivalent education

  • 3+ years experience from similar role including leadership

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work proficiency in Microsoft Office suit

  • Proven track record of exceptional service level and delivery

  • Drivers license
