Job Description

• Development of new full manufacturing assembly, process, and technology systems for new products, be the project interface for manufacturing process development.
• Definition of a process development plan for entire assembly process, managing and reporting
manufacturing technical risk through the project, from product concept to deployment in production.
• Work with Product and Industrialisation teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Co-ordination with Technology Experts team the execution of process development plans, including
DOEs, to develop process windows and ultimately to confirm feasibility and validation.
• Work with Prototyping Equipment team to deliver a prototype production solution to enable validation
and maturing of the process.
• Work with the Technology Deployment team to translate prototype process to serial process solutions
to enable delivery of prototypes.
• Working with Industrialisation and Manufacturing teams to ensure delivery to time and budget.
• Define a development and implementation plan for new technology introduction to existing
manufacturing processes.
• Ownership and drive development of the PFMEA.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
