Nous recherchons un(e) coordonnateur(trice) afin de se joindre à notre équipe Acquisition de Talents basée à Montréal. En rejoignant Northvolt, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l'amélioration de nos processus de recrutement et de l'expérience candidat, tout en contribuant à l'établissement et à la croissance de l'une des premières giga-usines de batteries en Amérique du Nord.

En tant que coordonnateur RH, vous serez un élément essentiel de notre équipe d'acquisition de talents, soutenant le processus de recrutement du début à la fin. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les recruteurs, les gestionnaires et les candidats pour garantir une expérience fluide et bienveillante au sein nos bureaux actuels à Montréal et éventuellement à Saint-Basile-le-Grand et McMasterville.

Les principales responsabilités sont :

• Coordination de la planification des entretiens pour les candidats durant le process de recrutement
• Supervision de l'expérience candidat lors des entrevues en présentiel : gestion de l'arrivée des candidats, garantie que les entretiens sont ponctuels et fluides, réalisation de visites des locaux pour les candidats, collaboration avec les gestionnaires
• Maintien et mise à jour des systèmes de suivi des candidatures pour garantir précision et conformité
• Soutien aux événements et initiatives de recrutement selon les besoins.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team as we strive to make a positive impact on the environment. This role is part of our dedicated and skilled Talent Acquisition team located in Montreal, Quebec. By joining Northvolt, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our hiring processes and candidate experiences, all while contributing to the establishment and growth of one of the first large-scale North American battery factories.

About the job

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, including managing their on site candidate experience at our current Montreal and eventually McMasterville, QC office.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex interview scheduling for final round candidates, including travel booking for candidates from outside of the Montreal area.
• Oversee onsite candidate experience: handle check-in, ensure interviews are timely and smooth, conduct candidate tours, collaborate with business leaders.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Support recruitment events and initiatives as needed.
