About the job
As an Engineering Manager in our Embedded Software Engineering Department, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of software development or test engineers. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the development of embedded software solutions for our products, ensuring adherence to coding standards, safety regulations, and project deadlines.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, including performance reviews, goal setting, and salary reviews. You will provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Oversee the design, development, and testing of embedded software solutions, ensuring high quality and reliability.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
