About the job

We are looking for an out standing Office coordinator with at least a few years of experience from the service and administrative area, who will provide high-level support to the Northvolt team and visitors.

Not only will you work close with wonderful entrepreneurs and a great and bold team, you will also get the chance to be part of building the next battery factory in Europe which will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society. You will be a part of building up the office support function in the Heide office with an outreach to the Hamburg office.

The role is based in Heide, but since we have two office locations travels between the sites will occur on a regular basis. You will work closely with the management team, HR, security and IT. But of course support everyone in the Drei team that might need office support.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

  • Welcome guests and visitors to the company and assist as needed
  • Access card assistance, onboarding and off-boarding
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and appointments
  • Set-up and collaborate with our on-site vendors for food & beverage needs
  • Maintain office equipment and report errors
  • Coordinate, plan and implement projects and events
  • Support and coordinate internal communication
  • Plan and coordinate site visits

The person we are looking for is service-minded, hands-on mentality, multi-tasking attitude, ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
