Northvolt has an exciting intern position within our Talent Acquisition Team in Hamburg. As a member of our team, you will play an important role in identifying and engaging with top talent to support the growth of the entire organization. By joining Northvolt’s talent acquisition team you will be responsible for recruiting Northvolt’s most important asset– its people.

About the job:
As a Talent Acquisition intern you will support our team in our most pressing recruitments as we employ candidates from all over the world in a fun, fast-paced and challenging environment.

In this role, you are actively building the Northvolt organisation and culture, one talent at a time. You will be a trusted gatekeeper as you will set the standard for company excellence through the candidates you hire. To thrive in this role, a service minded attitude and attention to detail are crucial, combined with the ability to get things done. You also have the skills to quickly adapt your sourcing strategies to find candidates with various backgrounds from different industries.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for identifying talents through sourcing and guiding them through the hiring process
  • Support with calendar administration and the coordination of visiting candidates
  • Advise the business units for which you are responsible on the best ways to evaluate and attract talents to ensure a smooth and proactive process for all parties involved
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with your colleagues on how to drive improvements to scale our recruitment processes

Duration: 6 month internship
