Job Description

With Germany being the core of European auto manufacturing, it's only natural it should also be a pioneer in scaling up battery cell manufacturing. At Northvolt we are excited to make this happen, and we have recently announced that Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, will be the location of our German Gigafactory.

With Hamburg as our current hub we are now bringing together a stellar team of individuals and who are equally excited. We are now looking for an excellent working student as Operations coordinator to join our team in Hamburg.

Main task is to create an excellent and healthy office environment and ensure office operations run smoothly at all times.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Gather, structure, and implement documentation
  • Scheduling meeting and appointments
  • Manage correspondences
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Maintain office equipment and report errors
  • Coordinate, plan and implement projects and events
  • Support and coordinate internal communication
