We are looking for a dedicated Clean & Dry Room Planner to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Clean & Dry Room Team team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in contributing to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job
As the Clean & Dry Room Planner, you will be the pivotal link between department members and various internal/external stakeholders. Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the department by providing administrative support, facilitating communication, assisting in project management, ensuring financial compliance, and fostering team development. You will be a part of a team consisting of technicians and specialists, and together you will make sure our clean and dry rooms work as they should.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, take minutes, prepare presentations, handle correspondence, and maintain accurate records and files for the department.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a communication bridge between department members and internal/external parties, maintaining professional communication standards.
  • Project Assistance: Aid in planning, tracking progress, and coordinating resources for departmental projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Financial Compliance: Assist in budget preparation, track expenses, and maintain meticulous records to ensure adherence to financial policies.
  • Team Support and Operations: Support recruitment, onboarding, training of new team members, maintain employee records, and assist in day-to-day operations.
