We are looking for a dedicated Facility Training Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate Facility & Utilities team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing Northvolt ETT and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

The Facility & Utilities team is growing quickly and in order to meet training needs, we need a central player who drives and develops competence and training in the team. As Facility Training Specialist your job is to ensure competence development of all team members within the designated area in accordance with the Northvolt Training and Development framework, and drive the implementation and continuous improvement in training programs.

About the team
Our team is soon 100 people divided into 6 different sub departments. We are located in Skellefteå at Northvolt ETT and our goal is to be a world class team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the development of necessary Work Instructions with all stakeholders
  • Conduct Work Instruction relevance audits to ensure applicability on the shop floor
  • Lead the development of competence matrices for all personnel categories within the area with support from Academy Training Partner
  • Lead the development of all training plans and learning journeys required to secure competence development with support from Academy Training Partner
  • Coordinate the development of all leaders with the area
