Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our excellent production technology team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing production and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

Job Scope: High level purpose of function

• This role is intended to stabilise Plant process by using process engineering and Data science skills.
• Develop and implement tools such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) for the standardisation and optimisation of process parameters
• Use Data science, process analytical and process engineering together
• A perfect blend will be a driven Process Engineer with Data science and Process analytics experience in typical (70% hands on process engineers and 30% Data science experience)
• Development of Operational Excellence System with SPC and other relevant Data science tools.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development of operational Excellence System with SPC and other relevant tools.

• Implement to streamline plant Operations.

• Responsible for creating training material for general lean training, training in Excellence Systems, chance management, Educate and coach company personal in Lean concepts and methods
