Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for a Training coordinator to join our team in Skellefteå

As a Training Coordinator you will play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

The Training coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training programs throughout the production site, both internal training and trainings delivered by external vendors or suppliers. In this role, you take ownership to ensure that all the people, tools, and infrastructure are in the right place at the right time to make every training feel seamless for those involved.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage training logistics for both external and internal sessions including scheduling of resources, spaces, tools and day of support
• Support the coordination and evaluation of training activities for Northvolt Ett such as internal and external trainings, industry certifications and supplier trainings

• Keep the training calendar updated to ensure that we have the right trainings at the right time

• Manage administration of the Learning management system and other systems that supports training activities and to deliver training status reports

• Drive project related activities and initiatives in a time-bound and efficient manner

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to garner support and cooperation
