We are looking for a stellar Members Associate to provide an exceptional experience to members of Norrsken House Barcelona, a +6,000 sqm hub for impact and tech startups opening in October 2023. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for Norrsken House members at the front desk, working closely with the wider Norrsken Barcelona team in order to provide a warm, helpful and seamless experience for members and visitors. You'll be at the forefront of creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Your superpowers will shine as you lead and inspire, ensuring every member's journey begins on a positive note.

Examples of responsibilities:
Run the Front Desk during key business hours and onboard, train and manage the House Welcomers team to provide an exceptional hospitality experience.
Be the face of Norrsken House by welcoming all members, visitors and partners.
Act as a main first point of contact for members in all queries and requests through tickets and direct requests.
Be a cross-departmental key player by filtering, prioritizing, and redirecting daily issues to the appropriate colleagues.
Support House Operations Lead with day-to-day operations-related matters, including mail-handling, lost-and-found, building audits, etc.
Assist with move-ins and move-outs by preparing and distributing welcome materials and ensuring members have a smooth onboarding and offboarding.
You are a good fit if you:
Want to make the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force to make this happen.
Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Are passionate about finding solutions and have no problem rolling up your sleeves when needed.
Are driven by challenges and are an effective task manager who knows how to prioritise your work to optimize for impact.
Take initiative on process improvement, solving problems and raise the alarm to escalate recurring issues.
Have good communication skills, both oral and written. You speak Spanish and English fluently (other languages are a plus).
What to expect
A salary of 20,000€ gross per year.
28 days of holidays per year.
Flexible remuneration (meals, transportation, nursery) through Cobee.
