We operate across multiple verticals including commercial kitchens, HVAC systems, data centers and industrial facilities. As we enter our next phase of global scale-up, we strengthen our leadership team to accelerate growth.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a leader who combines commercial sharpness with strong collaboration skills and an ability to build trust across teams, customers and partners.

You will play a defining role in shaping Cler’s future and establishing us as the category leader in sustainable air purification. The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will own and build the commercial engine of the business and develop the team across Partnerships, Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Leadership

  • Own and execute Cler's overall commercial strategy, aligned with the company's growth ambitions.

  • Serve as a member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and direction.

  • Set annual and multi-year revenue targets; track, report and be accountable for commercial performance.

  • Build, develop and lead a high-performing commercial organization across partnerships, sales and marketing.

Partnerships

  • Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, resellers, system integrators and industry partners.

  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements that create scalable, compounding revenue channels.

  • Build an ecosystem of partners that accelerates expansion into new geographies and verticals.

Sales

  • Lead large-scale B2B sales efforts across key verticals (commercial kitchens, HVAC, data centers, industrial).

  • Develop and own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract and revenue recognition.

  • Establish and scale a structured, repeatable sales process capable of supporting rapid growth.

  • Work closely with the product team to ensure commercial offerings match market needs.

Marketing

  • Ensure brand, demand generation and content are aligned to commercial goals.

  • Drive a data-led approach to marketing measuring pipeline contribution and optimizing spend for ROI.

  • Position Cler as a thought leader in sustainable air quality across target markets.

Critical Experience & Requirements

We believe that experience from several of the following areas will help you succeed in this role:

  • Leading commercial organisations in B2B or industrial environments.

  • Selling complex solutions with multiple stakeholders.

  • Building partnerships and indirect sales channels.

  • Aligning sales and marketing around shared commercial goals.

  • Growing teams and developing people through periods of change.

  • Operating internationally across different markets and cultures.

Additional Qualifications

  • Enjoys building in environments that are evolving quickly, and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communicator with colleagues, customers and partners including senior stakeholders.

  • Experience using data and insights to support decision-making.

  • Experience from clean-tech, HVAC, industrial technology is valuable, but not required.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
