Norrsken Evolve is a pre-seed fund, backing ambitious European founders tackling our most pressing challenges, with capital, network and an industry leading in-person sprint.

We invest early and work closely with founders from day one. A core part of how we support our companies is through our in-person sprints, where founders join us for a couple of weeks of focused work alongside other portfolio companies.

About the role

We’re looking for a Visiting Platform & Operations Analyst to support our team during one of the most intense and exciting periods of the year — our world-class in-person sprints.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the platform and operations team to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating founders and advisors to helping plan and execute events, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for the startups we support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys making things happen, thrives in structured environments, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

You’ll get a unique behind-the-scenes look at how a pre-seed VC works and how early-stage startups are built.

What you’ll do

• Support the operational execution of our startup sprint programs

• Coordinate logistics across founders, advisors, and the internal team

• Help plan and execute events, workshops, and founder sessions

• Manage scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-ups

• Support general platform operations and administrative tasks

• Help ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for participating founders

Sprint programs you’ll support

During the role, you will help support two sprint programs:

Sprint 1📍 Stockholm: Mid-April – Mid-May (ending in Tallinn for Latitude59)

Sprint 2📍 Tallinn, Estonia (ending in Barcelona for Norrsken Impact Week): Mid-September – Mid-October

These sprints bring together founders, advisors, and operators for several weeks of focused work, mentorship, and curated events.

Who you are

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proactive with a strong “get shit done” mindset

• Comfortable handling many moving pieces at once

• Have a strong eye for user experience in various forms, whether in events, sessions, or operational workflows

• Excited about startups and the early-stage ecosystem

• Previous experience at a startup or fast-paced environment is a big plus

• Based in Stockholm and available ASAP through October
