Everenergy is transitioning from a startup to a scale-up, and we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial individual to help take us to the next level - scaling operations, driving commercial growth and laying the foundation for a future renewable energy powerhouse.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of scaling and building a high-impact climate startup. At this stage, our focus is fully set on helping our customers transition to clean energy and getting things done in order to get there, so no day will look the same and priorities shift fast. You’ll formally step in as COO, working side by side with David (founder) to shape Everenergy’s future. And as we grow, so will your role.

Who you are
A strategic operator with experience in project management or senior roles—ideally within the energy, climate tech, or sustainability sector.
Excited by the opportunity to scale a climate startup from the ground up.
A doer - you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve problems, while keeping the bigger picture in sight.
A strong commercial and financial thinker, with experience in business development, strategy, partnerships, or investment strategies.
Initial focus areas
Evaluate our current financing model – Optimize the financing structure to ensure sustainable and scalable growth.
Operational excellence – Implement and refine processes within the reseller chain to boost efficiency.
Business development – Lead efforts to expand our reach and impact, targeting municipalities and property owners.
Team growth & organization – Recruit key hires and set company structure to prepare for the next phase of growth.
What you bring
3–7+ years of experience in project management or business development, from strategy consulting and/or high-growth startups.
Strong skills in strategy, operations, and financial modelling.
Experience in capital raising & partnerships is a plus.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field from a top university such as SSE, KTH, Chalmers, or equivalent.
