You’ll work alongside the Nordic Marketing & Partnership Manager, Pelle Tamleht, and collaborate cross-functionally with the Nordics- and Marketing team.

  • Attendee curation: Help curate attendee lists, keep records updated and research potential contributors, to ensure we bring together a diverse and impactful group of participants at every event.

  • Event coordination: Work closely with the Norrsken Nordics - and Marketing team, as well as external collaborators, to ensure smooth communication and successful event delivery.

  • Feedback & evaluation: Conduct surveys and interviews to gather feedback and improve future activities.

  • Marketing support: Assist on daily tasks such as media monitoring, research and analysis to strengthen our marketing activities.

  • Project assisting: Support full year project Call for Startups, organized together with EAT Foundation, with activities such as screening applications and coordinating stakeholders.
