Norrsken Foundation is on a mission to put a positive ding in the universe, by connecting founders with the capital, knowledge and network they need to make saving the world their business.

On our latest mission to do so we’ve created the Norrsken Club - the first social club for impact and home to a community of entrepreneurs, investors and change-makers. Located in the Norrsken House Barcelona we've created a space to foster positive change through community, monthly events that inspire, and a variety of impact initiatives.

We are looking for a Barcelona-based Norrsken Club Growth Lead to help us build a thriving community of startups, investors, advisors, mentors and other supporters within Norrsken Club. In this role, you will act as the Norrsken Club spokesperson, engage with- and attract interesting profiles who could potentially become a great addition for the community we are building.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their personal and professional development and serve as a highly visible representative of our growing impact ecosystem, and work directly alongside the Norrsken Barcelona leadership team.

The role is based in Barcelona and you'll report to CEO of Norrsken Barcelona, Marc Jordana.

Areas of responsibility (but not limited to):

Norrsken Club Growth:

• Lead the growth of Norrsken Club Barcelona’s impact community & ecosystem. You play a crucial role in the selection process by making sure we have the right mix of profiles to have a thriving community.

• Drive outreach activities and connections to generate interest and participation from new Club members.

Norrsken Club Engagement:

• Effectively onboard all the new Club members to ensure they make the most of the Norrsken ecosystem.

• Act as a host of Norrsken Club: you are the go-to person within the Club and the one who makes sure everyone feels well taken care of.

• Collaborate with other members of the Norrsken Barcelona team to promote engagement strategies.

Norrsken Club Connection and Expansion:

• Support the growth of our Club members and ensure they have every opportunity to learn, connect and succeed through community initiatives, our community portal & more.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Share our passion about making the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force to make this happen.

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience specializing in PR and/or community building through organic growth, preferably in a tech or startup environment.

• Are passionate about connecting people and building network effects: you are comfortable with outbound approaches and enjoy fostering strong relationships

• Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability of crafting compelling narratives: people listen to you when you speak and you can command a room.

• Are motivated by the opportunity to steer your own work and you approach new tasks with energy and proactivity.

• Thrive in a cross-functional and collaborative team setting where you put collective interests and member experience first.

• Have a genuine interest in the Barcelona tech scene and preferably active engagement.

• Are fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Salary and benefits:

• A salary of 30,000€ gross per year.

• 28 days of holidays per year.
