We're looking for a talented Marketing & Partnership Manager to join our Nordics team! In this role, your job is to make Norrsken House Stockholm the lighthouse of impact, developing the Norrsken brand in the Nordics, and ensuring we grow and develop our partnerships.

This role is based in Stockholm and you will report directly to the Nordic Managing Director Sofia Lindelöw, with a dotted line to our Chief Communication Officer, Daniel Goldberg.

Key responsibilities includes, but are not limited to;

• Build Norrsken’s brand as a thought leader within impact in the Nordics, and a platform that renowned entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders, talent and thought-leaders want to be a part of and engage with.

• Attract the most promising impact founders to become Norrsken House members, by ensuring the House is filled with the right content and the right people.

• Planning and leading the execution of Norrsken events to make sure the house is vibrant - ranging from Impact Meetups to Morning raves celebrating our impact entrepreneurs.

• Work with our Nordic Ecosystem Lead to gather data and insights about our most important customer - the founder of our next impact unicorn - and stay on top of what support, connections and content will make our value proposition irresistible to them.

• Collaborate with and tap into the global marketing & communications team to ensure your work is aligned with and supported by Norrsken global brand strategy.

• Work closely with our main house partners by delivering an exceptional experience and defining joint business plans that create mutual value for us, our partners and our members.

To thrive and succeed in this position, we believe you:

• Are passionate about driving positive change and share our belief in entrepreneurship and modern technology as tools for solving the world’s greatest challenges.

• Minimum 5 years work experience, split between roles in marketing and key account management. You know how to get the fast-paced Stockholm tech/startup ecosystem to pay attention and take note of what Norrsken is doing and you are comfortable developing strong relationships with senior executives.

• Possess a strong understanding of planning and execution of events, as well as experience from working with internal and/ or external agencies all the way from briefing to execution

• Motivated by creating value and growing partnerships, driving the relation in a structured and data driven way

• Creative, energetic, and self-driven - you take the necessary initiatives and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

Salary and benefits

Salary is a gross 50 000 SEK per month, 35 days of vacation, solid pension program and insurance with additional private health insurance and parental pay as well as wellness allowance.
