We’re looking for a stellar colleague to head our Front Desk at Norrsken House Barcelona. You will provide an exceptional experience to members of Norrsken House Barcelona, a 10 000 square meter beachfront building with four floors and a stunning rooftop for Barcelona’s impact and tech community.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for Norrsken House members at the front desk, working closely with the wider Norrsken Barcelona team in order to provide a warm, helpful and seamless experience for members and visitors. You'll be at the forefront of creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Your superpowers will shine as you lead and inspire, ensuring every member's journey begins on a positive note.

Areas of responsibility (but not limited to):

Front Desk Management:

• Run the Front Desk during key business hours and onboard, train and manage the House Welcomers to provide an exceptional hospitality experience.

• Be the face of Norrsken House Barcelona by welcoming all members, visitors and partners.

Member Experience and Query Resolution:

• Act efficiently as a main first point of contact for members in all queries and in-person requests.

• Be a dynamic, cross-departmental key player by filtering, prioritizing, and redirecting daily issues to the appropriate colleagues.

• Ensure that members have a smooth on- and offboarding, and assist them accordingly.

House Operations Support:

• Support House Operations Lead with day-to-day operations-related matters, including mail-handling, lost-and-found, building audits, etc.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Want to make the world a better place, and believe entrepreneurship, technology and business can be a driving force to make this happen.

• Have 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. Within the hospitality sector, specifically, would be a plus.

• Are passionate about finding solutions and have no problem rolling up your sleeves when needed.

• Are driven by challenges and are an effective task manager who knows how to prioritize your work in a hectic environment to optimize for impact.

• Take initiative on process improvement to automate them if possible, and raise the alarm to escalate recurring issues.

• Have good communication skills, both oral and written. You speak Spanish and English fluently (other languages are a plus).

Salary and benefits:

• A salary of 20,000€ gross per year.

• 28 days of holidays per year.
