At Myneral Labs, we are revolutionizing B2B supply chain management through innovative technology, putting sustainability and traceability at the core of global operations. Our software empowers companies to be more efficient, transparent, and responsible towards the planet.
We are entering a key growth phase and are looking for our first marketing hire: a Marketing Lead with energy, ambition, and a hands-on mindset. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in marketing or growth who wants to take the next big step in their career: owning the full marketing function of a fast-growing SaaS startup and evolving into CMO in the short/medium term and lead the department.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute Myneral Labs’ B2B marketing strategy (digital, brand, demand generation, product marketing).
- Create and manage engaging content across website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Drive lead generation and support sales with campaigns (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, newsletters, PR, etc.).
- Develop and shape the brand identity and communication style across all channels.
- Track, analyse, and optimize performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Work directly with the CEO, Co-Founder & Chief of Staff to align marketing with business goals.
- As the company grows, help build and manage a marketing team and coordinate with agencies/freelancers.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing (ideally in B2B SaaS or startups).
- Hands-on and resourceful: able to design campaigns and execute them end-to-end.
- Good command of English (company language) and Spanish.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, creativity, and ambition to grow into a leadership role.
