Objective:

As a Founding Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by overseeing critical projects, establishing key client relationships and contributing to the strategic direction of Myneral Labs. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and nurturing business opportunities, leading strategic initiatives and collaborating closely with the executive team to drive the company's vision and goals. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and execution of our strategic plans.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
  
  
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably within the supply chain, sustainability, or technology sectors.
  
  
• Track Record: Proven track record in strategic development, project leadership, and business growth.
  
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and
  persuasively.
  
  
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels within businesses.
