As a Business Development Representative at Myneral Labs, you will have the opportunity to be a part of this transformative journey, driving growth and forging strategic client relationships within the supply chain management decision-makers across multiple sectors.
Objective:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by managing existing sales pipelines and spearheading the generation of new leads at the supply chain management decision-making level across multiple sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with decision-makers through strategic email and phone outreach, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, crafting compelling sales proposals and presentations, while actively contributing to the identification of customer and market needs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely the rest of our sales & marketing team as well as our management team, to implement targeted strategies and explore innovative sales funnels such as expos and conventions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • English Speaker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and with persuasion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across multiple levels within businesses – incl. key decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
