At Mizou.ai, we are transforming professional training. Gone are the boring slides; we are replacing them with immersive, AI-generated simulations in minutes.

To accelerate our growth, I am looking for my right-hand person.

We are an early-stage startup, but we have already earned the trust of major names like Club Med, Nestlé, Engel & Völkers etc.. Our product is actively used by over 200,000 trainers and educators worldwide.

Today, everything needs to be built on the B2B commercial side. I need someone to take charge of this strategic front.

I am looking for a profile with a strong appetite for Enterprise Sales and a true entrepreneurial spirit. This is not a standard sales position: it is a CEO right-hand role.

What you will do:

•Sign new Enterprise clients and drive revenue growth.

•Structure our sales approach from A to Z.

•Actively participate in the company's growth strategy.

•Be on all fronts: prospecting, complex negotiations, and strategic thinking.

The ideal profile:

•Significant experience in B2B sales, long cycles, and Enterprise accounts.

•Previous experience in an early-stage startup (you know what "building from scratch" means and you thrive in it).

•Autonomous, proactive, and highly versatile.

•A strong understanding of L&D challenges and the impact of AI in training.

•Mandatory: Full professional proficiency in both English and French.
