💼 What are we looking for?

We’re hiring a Growth Associate | HealthTech (Remote, EU) to help MiMIAT Health grow its footprint among microproviders: independent dietitians, nutritionists, and small clinics, while also opening doors with universities and training centers.

You’ll play a hands-on role in remote outreach, identifying leads, pitching, and closing commercial partnerships, as part of the rollout of our newly launched clinicians’ web app.

This is a remote, commission-based role with clear targets, structured support, and a direct path to grow into a paid, full-time role based on performance.

📌 What will you do?

  • Reach out remotely to independent providers (dietitians, nutritionists, and small clinics) across your local EU market using LinkedIn, email, and calls. You’ll be the first contact showing them how MiMIAT can improve their work.
  • Connect with universities and training centers in nutrition and dietetics, supporting partnership conversations that help us reach students and educators.
  • Generate and qualify leads by running structured outreach campaigns. We’ll give you messaging playbooks and tools, you bring the hustle and follow-up to turn prospects into real opportunities.
  • Support demos and conversions: some partners will need extra calls or explanations before closing. You’ll learn how to guide them through the decision and sign them up.
  • Use simple CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) to track your outreach and deals. No complex systems, just a clear way to organize your work and show progress.
  • Share feedback with the team: you’ll be our eyes and ears in the field, telling us what works, what objections you hear, and what patterns you notice, so we keep improving our pitch and strategy.

🤝 Who are you?

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, partnerships, or outreach (B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or related field).
  • Proven ability to convert conversations into action — whether closing small deals, securing sign-ups, or driving partnerships.
  • Strong communicator, confident on LinkedIn, email, and video calls.
  • Comfortable using (or quickly learning) CRM tools to track pipeline.
  • Organized and metrics-driven — you like clear targets and take ownership of hitting them.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
  • Bonus: background in nutrition, healthcare, or digital health.
