💼 What are we looking for?
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help MiMIAT grow its footprint in Spain and expand into English-speaking European markets (e.g. Ireland, UK, Nordics, Malta).
Your focus will be on smaller independent providers (dietitians, nutritionists), small-to-mid sized clinics, and academic partners (universities or vocational training programs in dietetics and nutrition).
You’ll play a key role in expanding our network and onboarding first commercial partners as we enter our commercial roll out of the provider platform, designed to complement our free patient-facing app.
This is a remote, commission-based role with no fixed hours, just clear targets, a structured pipeline, and a direct path to grow into a paid, full-time role based on performance.
📌 What will you do?
– Lead outreach to independent providers (dietitians, nutritionists, smaller clinics) in Spain as the first priority.
– Expand into English-speaking European markets to secure early commercial partnerships and research collaborations.
– Engage universities and training centers offering nutrition and dietetics programs to secure academic partnerships.
– Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and events, converting them into active partners.
– Tailor outreach by region (Spain, then UK/Netherlands/Nordics) with clear messaging for each segment.
– Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using tools like Pipedrive, with regular reporting and progress tracking.
– Collaborate with MiMIAT’s global sales team, ensuring learnings from Spain and EU expansion feed into our wider GTM strategy (Kenya, US, and beyond).
🤝 Who are you?
– 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or education.
– Proven track record of closing deals with independent providers (dietitians, nutritionists, small clinics) or academic institutions.
– Strong communication skills — able to engage confidently with clinicians, administrators, and academics.
– Skilled in prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads into paying partners.
– Organized and metrics-driven, with experience using CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive) to manage a structured pipeline.
– Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset — you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments without needing micromanagement.
– Bonus: existing network in Spain’s healthcare or education sector, or experience selling SaaS / digital health solutions.
