💼 What are we looking for?
As MiMIAT Health strengthens its footprint in Spain, we’re hiring a Sales Specialist based in Spain to lead commercial growth across the country with a focus on private clinics, public healthcare, academic partners, and independent care providers.
We’ve already secured a pipeline of early partners, and now we’re looking to expand this network and bring in first-mover adopters for our upcoming beta launch of the provider platform, designed to complement our free patient-facing app.
This is a remote, commission-based role with no fixed hours, just clear targets, real traction, and a defined path to transition into a paid leadership role, fully based on performance and growth milestones.
You'll play a key role in establishing MiMIAT Health as Spain’s go-to platform for chronic care, trusted by both patients and professionals.
📌 What will you do?
– Own and drive sales in the Spanish market, targeting public and private hospitals, CAPs (Centros de Atención Primaria), clinics, and public health partners.
– Identify, qualify, and close paid pilots or recurring partnerships, especially with innovation departments, care teams, and institutional leads.
– Lead outreach to universities and health education institutions to secure academic pilots and research-driven collaborations.
– Tailor outreach by region, understanding key actors within Catalonia, Madrid, and Valencia to unlock early wins.
– Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using tools like Pipedrive, with regular status updates and progress tracking.
– Coordinate with MiMIAT’s global sales team, contributing insights and feedback to improve cross-market strategies.
🤝 Who are you?
– 2–4 years of experience in B2B healthcare sales or partnership development in the Spanish health sector, ideally working with private clinics, mid-sized care centers, or public health providers.
– Proven ability to close paid partnerships or pilot deals involving multiple stakeholders.
– Existing network of contacts in the healthcare space (private providers, decision-makers, or key stakeholders) that you can activate immediately.
– Experience leading or coordinating outreach or sales teams, with strong performance tracking and reporting skills.
– Deep understanding of the Spanish healthcare market, including public-private dynamics, procurement, and regulatory basics.
– Proficient in CRM tools like Pipedrive.
– Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — no need for micromanagement.
– Bonus if you’ve worked with or sold to healthtech platforms, independent providers, or underserved communities.

– While there is no base salary at the start, the role includes a well-defined commission structure with real earning potential, and a clear path to transition into a paid, full-time role, based entirely on performance and company stage.
– As traction grows and funding milestones are hit, top performers will be prioritized for salaried positions with a bonus structure tied to revenue and deal flow.
– There are no fixed hours as we care about outcomes, not time logged, given we define clear commercial goals together.
