💼 What are we looking for?
As MiMIAT expands into the U.S., we're hiring a Sales Specialist to lead our commercial efforts in the healthcare, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and care providers. This is a remote, commission-based role with full ownership of the U.S. pipeline and coordination of a small global sales team. You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO to close high-value deals, build structure, and drive traction in a new market.
No fixed hours, only clear targets, measurable performance, and the chance to evolve into a paid leadership position as funding grows.
📌 What you’ll do?
– Own and drive sales in the U.S. market, focusing on healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and digital health partners.
– Identify, qualify, and close high-value deals with clear, measurable targets.
– Coordinate and support MiMIAT’s existing sales team, setting goals, tracking KPIs, and ensuring alignment across regions.
– Develop tailored sales strategies based on the U.S. healthcare landscape, including pricing, positioning, and channel development.
– Build and manage a live sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, with weekly progress updates.
– Report directly to the CEO and COO, with full visibility into strategic priorities and product roadmap.
🤝 Who are you?
– 3–5 years of experience in B2B healthcare sales (U.S. market), ideally selling into hospitals, clinics, or health systems.
– Proven ability to close $25K+ deals involving multiple stakeholders.
– Experience leading or coordinating sales teams and tracking performance metrics.
– Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare procurement, compliance, and buying cycles.
– Proficient in tools like Pipedrive.
– Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments, with zero interest in hand-holding.
– Bonus if you’ve sold in digital health, care coordination, or underserved markets.

Given our current stage, there’s no base salary initially, but the role includes a well-defined commission structure with real earning potential — and a clear path toward a paid leadership position based purely on performance.
– MiMIAT has already secured part of its pre-seed round, with additional funding expected to close in Q3 2025.
