Who are we?

MiMIAT Health is a multilingual digital platform that empowers people living with chronic conditions to track and manage their health data, starting with digestive health, and expanding into cardiovascular, respiratory, and chronic pain. We are live across Europe and Kenya, available in five languages, and collaborating with public institutions, independent providers, and universities.

Our mission? Give patients back control, reduce delays in care, and make chronic disease management more dignified, inclusive, and data-driven.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Grant Writer to help us identify and apply for relevant local, national, and international opportunities. These include innovation and HealthTech grants, public subsidies, and social impact prizes from programs such as ENISA, EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe, La Caixa Foundation, Ashoka, UnLtd, and other EU or global initiatives focused on digital health, patient inclusion, and social impact.

*This is a volunteer position with a success fee tied to every secured grant, prize, or subsidy.

What you’ll do:

– Research and prioritize aligned funding opportunities

– Write and edit applications in collaboration with the founder

– Track submission deadlines and manage the application pipeline

– Help refine our narrative to reflect both technical and impact milestones
