Motatos is a different kind of food store, challenging the thought of sustainable consumption. We’re a European grocery e-commerce, aiding the sustainable reform of our food system by giving everyone a chance to save our planet in an effortless way. We partner with food and FMCG companies to save products at risk of going to waste by re-selling them at discounted prices directly to consumers: sustainable, affordable and accessible to all. Today, our shops are open in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Austria.

Marketing at Motatos is a curious & high-performing team across all our countries & hubs. Our knowledge ranges from corporate communication to impact, social media, SEM, customer insight, CRM, graphic design, customer service, brand building and more; all powered by data, while optimizing for KPIs such as brand awareness, consideration, customer acquisition and retention.

What you’ll do 💪

  • Acquire new partnerships through negotiations and deal optimization.
  • Identify new channels of acquisition, build business cases, and execute campaigns.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business reporting for the market.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and Growth Strategies.
  • Perform in-depth performance monitoring and reporting, including presenting key business KPIs.
  • Provide proactive account management by providing solutions to affiliate partners as well as offering ideas/methods to increase revenue through copywriting techniques, promotional channels and unique marketing tactics.
  • Monetize partnerships with major affiliates, publishers and more.
  • Stay updated on competition and issues within the affiliate marketing industry.
  • Identify opportunities for ad-hoc activations and growth tactics.

      Our humble expectations

      We would love if you

      • Have a degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Management or other relevant fields
      • Have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Affiliate marketing or a relevant role
      • Are based in Berlin
      • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (German is a plus, but not a must).
      • Have excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
